Maverick Spaces is a premium coworking brand in London and Brighton, offering flexible memberships and private offices designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs and growing teams.

Problem

Maverick Spaces needed exterior signage for two office locations; Rock Place in Brighton, and Farringdon in London. Each space required its own identity, reflecting the character of its location while still feeling consistent with the wider brand.

Solution

I designed bespoke signage for each site, drawing on the personality of their surroundings to create distinct but connected outcomes. The Brighton signage leaned into the more expressive, coastal feel of Rock Place, while Farringdon took a more refined, city-led approach. This resulted in two location-specific designs that felt cohesive within the overall brand.
